Montecito Union School

At Montecito Union School, we’re continuing to develop the Nature Lab by building healthy soil and planting more California natives in areas where they’ll thrive. We’re also adding natives to the interior planters, which will help cool nearby buildings, reduce glare, and provide food and shelter for local bird species — giving students more opportunities to engage with nature right outside their classrooms.
